Love Who You Are.
Love Who You Are became my mantra some years ago. And not love myself in the trying to define who I am so I can like that, no, no way. In a total non defining, I am change, I don’t know myself sometimes kind of way.
Love Who You Are is more like… yeah, you are fine, you are meant to be here, and meant to be exactly who you are right now. Be that what that particular now wanted of me.
This drawing is the symbol of that for me – and always will be the image I go towards when I need to remember. It was one of those late nights sketches, maybe with wine, and of course, a flower.
